a cool-down bucket, aromatic essences, a cable TV, a DVD player,
a hair dryer and there are small refreshments available.

Sauna for 2 persons:
This package is mainly meant for lovers of private actions and absolute
comfort of intimacy during the relaxation! We offer you our sauna
where you can use the opportunity of enjoying our massage shower
stalls and jacuzzi for 2 people where you can enjoy 20-minute baths
with your partner. This sauna is meant for those who don't like
frequent public saunas and who want to enjoy solely themselves-privately.
Come and enjoy the romance in other way!
A private visit of sauna where you can not only regenerate but also
rest and enjoy moments spent in company with your partner. While
resting after being in our sauna you can listen to calming music
at your own discretion or to your own CD. For a pleasurable and
romantic ambiance there is a big selection of pure and quality alcoholic
and non-alcoholic beverages. The sauna is equiped with massage shower
stalls and a jacuzzi for 2 people where you can enjoy 20-minute
baths with your partner or also individually. The relaxation room
is equiped with separate stalls. Towels, sheets and shower accessories
are included. Recommended time spent in the sauna is once a week
from 90-120 minutes. Coming to the sauna suitably full and not too
tired is adviced. We also recommend to talk to your doctor before
visiting our sauna.
And what can you expect? After you enter our sauna you can take
all your clothes off in a locker room right next to the entrance.
Inside you should wear either a towel or sheets-everything there
is adapted to it. Before your very first entry to the sauna you
should take a shower and dry yourself out. In the sauna occupy a
relaxation position for about 10 or 15 minutes, breathe with your
nose and you can give yourself a little massage with birks. Before
you leave the sauna you should occupy a sitting position. After
you leave the sauna you should cool yourself down with a cold shower.
Before you enter the sauna again you should rest for some time,
for this reason there is the relaxation room available. While being
in the sauna you should drink a lot of liquids, especially mineral
water with vitamine C.
How to use the sauna properly.
Before you enter the sauna take all your clothes off and take a
shower with shower gel and then dry yourself out.
Being in the sauna.
Sit or lie down on one of the benches, the one which suits you the
best. The optimal position for beginners should be about 75 degrees.
While sweating you should give yourselves a little massage with
a brush. Pour water with essences at the fire. Choose the time spent
in the sauna according to your feelings. You should feel comfortably
in there.
Cooling down.
After you leave the sauna use a cold shower. You should always shower
your feet first and then proceed upwards. Afterwards, if you have
the chance, go to the cooling pool and submerge your head. Do a
little swimming there. After you dry out you can make some relaxation
stretching moves. After some time, take a rest and then if you want,
go into the sauna again.
During resting bear in mind to drink a lot of liquids!!!
2. and 3. phase of being in the sauna.
For the right purpose of the quality time spent in the sauna you
should repeat this whole process 3 times.
Resting.
After the 3. phase shower yourselves properly with shower gel and
shampoo and dry yourselves out. Go to the relaxation room, cover
yourselves with sheets and rest for about 30-60 minutes.
Taking care of your skin and relaxation.
Rub your skin with lotion or oil and then go out for a walk and
relax.
